Coding Fundamentals

Learn what coding is and how it is used in the world. Create your first game in code. (1st Class - 2nd Class)

This is an "in school" event where we come to your school and run a Coding Fundamentals workshop for your students.


In this engaging workshop, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of coding through interactive, unplugged activities. These exercises help students understand key concepts like giving instructions and creating sequences in a fun, hands-on way.

Following this, students will use Chromebooks or laptops to create their own game on the Scratch website, applying what they've learned in a practical, creative project.

This workshop runs for 60 minutes and is most suitable for 1st and 2nd Class students, providing an engaging introduction to coding tailored to their learning level.
