Today you will

• add real words, one picture and one number under your titles
• cut the lines your interviewer does not need

First, open {{code:Project_Portfolio}}, then {{code:09_specialism}}, then {{code:sm2}}, and find {{code:sm2_vet_presentation_v1}}. If it is missing, tell your teacher.

What is the one thing an interviewer must know about your project?

Structure locked means your titles and their order stay the same today. You only fill in under them.

The purpose filter is one question: does the interviewer need this line? If not, it goes.

A good mix is short text, one picture as proof, and one number the interviewer can check.

To cut a line, paste it into your notes first, then delete it.

Watch your teacher fill two sample slides first. Then make your v2 copy and fill your first section only, with two or three short lines about your own project.

Follow the steps in the box below and stop when it says stop.

If your format 1 is not slides, do the same in your own tool and save the copy with a v2 name like {{code:sm2_vet_script_v2}}.

Common snags

• If you can't find {{code:sm2_vet_presentation_v1}} in {{code:sm2}}, make a new titles-only file and tell your teacher.
• If your slides have long paragraphs, turn each one into two or three short bullets.
• If you keep changing colours, stop. Today is only for words, a picture and a number.
• If you're not sure what to cut, paste the line into your notes, then delete it.
